I bought my first camera, a Canon EOS IX, in 1999. It used 24mm APS film cartridges that could be rewound and swapped out. I could take a series of color shots, switch to B&W, then back to color. It was a great camera for a beginner. Some of the photos linked here were shot with that camera, the photos from Taiwan and Singapore, as well as the B&W carnival photos taken on September 12, 2001.
